To live an authentic culinary experience and re-savor the secrets of Tuscan cuisine as was, handed down from generation to generation through ancient recipes, cooked with passion and love: bread, pasta and homemade sweets, long and slow sauces cooking, genuine soups, the real chicken broth, meat and game, vegetables from the garden, sausages and cheeses of our land.

The restaurant, by reservation, is open to the public on Friday and Saturday for dinner and Sunday for lunch.

The other days of the week can be booked with a minimum of ten people.

For the guests of the hotel the restaurant is open every day. At lunch, light and genuine dishes can be served on the poolside, on the terrace, in the room or in the restaurant.
