Villa Zelma has its “Restaurant Zelma” dedicated to both residents of the Villa and external customers: fixed and à la carte menus with dishes that reflect seasonality.
To live an authentic culinary experience and re-taste the secrets of the Tuscan cuisine of the past, handed down from generation to generation through ancient recipes, cooked with passion and love: bread, pasta and homemade desserts, long-lasting sauces and slow cooking, genuine soups, real chicken broth, meat and game, garden vegetables, sausages and cheeses from our land.
All accompanied by an excellent cellar of Tuscan wines.
Lunches and dinners are served in the internal room or in the tensile structure outside and during the summer outside the structure including the terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding hills.

For hotel guests, the restaurant is open every day; at lunch, light and genuine dishes can be served à la carte by the pool, on the terrace, in the room or at the restaurant.
The restaurant is organized to satisfy dinners/lunches chosen by the customer with the help of our chef on the occasion of events such as weddings, communions, confirmations, graduation parties, birthdays, business dinners.
During the days when the restaurant is closed, reservations can be made for events, business dinners, dinners with friends, with a minimum number of 10 people and a dedicated dinner/lunch menu.
All the products are truly zero km, because they come from nearby farms, while the vegetables, fruit and berries are grown in Villa Zelma’s vegetable garden and orchard.
Our menu is fixed and à la carte and changes according to seasonal ingredients.
